GRACE

“Grace means there is nothing I can do to make God love me more, and nothing I can do to make God love me less. It means that I, even I who deserve the opposite, am invited to take my place at the table in God’s family.”

Philip Yancey, What's So Amazing About Grace?
Hi there!

Thanks for visiting our website.

We hope you will find this website useful to get to know a little bit about us and our mission here in Nottingham.

We passionately believe that we are called as Christians to live out Jesus’ radical message of love for the whole world – that there is enough room for every neighbour at our table.

What’s on offer at Hope is not a religious way of life, but to journey in relationship with God through Jesus Christ. A relationship made possible not through hard work or human effort, but God’s kindness and grace.

We’re trying to have the kind of contagious Christianity that can bless the entire community, one life at a time.

So whether you’re new to Christianity, someone who loves Jesus but has maybe fallen out of love with “the Church”, or a committed Christian who wants to be part of a family where church is a verb, we hope you have found your new home with us.

Looking forward to seeing you one Sunday at 10.30am!

We have lots of information on this site for you to look at, but if you have any questions please do get in touch.

“If the gospel isn't good news for everybody, then it isn't good news for anybody. And this is because the most powerful things happen when the church surrenders its desire to convert people and convince them to join. It is when the church gives itself away in radical acts of service and compassion, expecting nothing in return, that the way of Jesus is most vividly put on display."
